Night's Omen

So Dizzy is that fantastic character who I like to believe is the second Paris Hilton.
-She's vain
-She's arrogant
-She loves to wear absolutely ridiculous clothing
-Most likely she thinks she's too good for you
But...
-She does it all only because she's rebelling against her family.

Honestly, I'm looking for anything, I just want to get this character to hit the ground running and have some fun!
