Baron Lazare

The building may have seemed abandoned, but something had brought that tortured creature there, and as the door opened to it, allowing it and all of its torment inside, the question really just became what would be done about this.  The Baron sat on a throne that consisted of a number of heavy cloths draped over what once might have been a rather extravagant dining room chair, the sort that had the arms attached, and would have been found at the head of the table.  These beginnings were humble, which he thought to be fitting, and therefore, he didn't mind.  The creature and its unsteady, irregular movements burst into view, and the Baron watched for but a moment before he rose to collect a large jar from the corner of the room.

He didn't bother with any sort of conversation, well aware that the vampire before him was too far gone to truly understand, and that was fine; they'd discuss it afterwards, which would make the situation painfully simple.

The jar was set up in the middle of the room where the Baron marked the glass itself and then the floor around it, ensuring that it would be strong enough for the task ahead and then he set to making whatever other preparations were necessary.  He handled the vampire last, since he understood that his time was short once he got started, but his movements were swift and confident even when moving the crazed creature into position.  A staff in one hand and his other holding tightly to his shoulder, he got to the chanting and brought his volume level up quickly, picking up the rhythm and then adding in the thumps to the back with the stick.  It took some coaxing, considering how little those things wanted to leave now that they were getting their vengeance, but within a few good blows to the vampire's back, almost like burping a baby, the foul things started to spill forth.

That was when the Baron stepped back, not willing to be in their line of sight.  Once he stepped away from the circle, they had nowhere to go except the jar, which was where he wanted them.  "What goes in must come out," he murmured, and so the things that had crawled into the creatures mouth rushed back out.  It was violent, it was unpleasant, but it was working, in more ways than one.  It was all coming together, he thought, and in the darkness of that old, decrepit building, he smiled.
