Yea, I'm usually up until 2 or so which isn't always so good as I often have to be up by 6:30ish at the latest. And usually it takes me at least half an hour to get to sleep and oftentimes I don't get off at two ANYWAY so....

Yea. It's bad. And then I always get way tired around 2 in the afternoon, which is RIGHT when trig is, so the one class that I REALLY need to stay awake in is the one that I can barely keep my eyes open for, most days.

Fun, huh?

And... I have no unusual piercings (only one hole in each ear), no tattoos, and think it highly unlikely that I'll ever get one. Ever. *laughs* So... I dunno, guess I'm boring in that regard?

Lothaire

I have one piercing.....and it kinda hurt a bit, and I'm not sharing pics lolololololol

Wow Lock I'm sorry your parents reacted that way :( Mine weren't all that ecstatic about the idea of a tattoo (mostly cause they were afraid I'd go get more, which I already planned on more than one from the get go...), but I've always been more inclined to do things when parents and people didn't approve :). Anyways, I politely told them I was old enough now to make my own decisions and they'd better learn to deal with it.

Piercings I don't really have, though my ears each have four. I fully intend to get my tongue pierced, and my eyebrow, but I have to be careful with all the piercings/tattoos because I want to be a school teacher. Don't know how many teachers you all have had running around with full sleeves and their faces full of metal, but the general attitude toward that is negative :)

And yea, Angie, my boyfriend has a labret and he always yelps if I kiss him too hard xD;

I kind of expected that reaction from my parents.  I called my dad up while Darren and I were on our way to the tattoo/piercing parlor and told him what I was doing.  He was relatively cool about it and told me that I could do what I wanted, but he kept telling me that he couldn't promise a positive reaction.  I think everyone's used to it by now, though.  I got it done in March.

I'm not bad ass that way, though.  I was really upset that I knew he would be angry about the piercing.  I did it anyway, but I was really nervous about coming home with it.  I guess I have a fear of being kicked out of the house or something.

A teacher?  Do you know what age range you wanna teach?  ;}  I had some teachers with tattoos, but none with piercings other than their ears (that we could see).  One of my male teachers once told us that he had seven piercings.  We knew of three... one ear and both of his nipples.  Too much information, huh?  XD  We were all like, "Okay, so then... we can account for maybe three more.  Where's... the last one?"  lol  Too much left to the imagination.

I have eight myself.  Four in my right ear (two lobe and two cartilage), three in the left (all lobe).  Then the lip ring.  I don't plan on getting anymore of those.  XD  I think I have enough.

Teaching college is different, but I can assure you that you wouldn't get hired in any county here in Florida because of them. My roomie is in school right now getting her teacher's certs and she's also the front for a band, and she has to go incognito any time they perform because if anyone found out, the parents would shit bricks.

Cool thing is she might land a job at the college with my other roomie, in which case she can continue partying as normal, because it won't matter.

And I'm at work so I can't really reply to any threads. :\

And yeah, now I have my nose done and ears done, so the rest of them came out. I have no need for THAT MANY piercings. 12 tattoos though and going strong. I'm considering sleeves every day I'm awake, but somehow I feel like my modeling would drop off the map. XD I'm too tan to do pinups, and those are the only bitches with sleeves, damnit.

I plan on high school at first, but while I'm teaching I'll be getting my masters in art so I can at least have the option to teach college level.

But yea, whatever tattoos or piercings I get will be hidden, or in the case of piercings removable. I'm all for expressing yourself and not being afraid or what the world thinks, but I'm realistic enough to know that my career plans could be thrown out the window if I go overboard.

Anyways, I'm gunna be an art teacher, so I'm hoping they might be a little more lax with me cause I'm supposed to be crazy and expressive right? xP

Dude, Lock getting her lip pierced was crazy.  I had to go upstairs and ease her dad into the idea by telling him 'it doesn't look that bad, and it's small, just right here' before he'd even look at it.  Watching her get it done was fun, though.

As for me, I'm low on the piercings and tattoo scale.  I've never really seen a tattoo that I'd want on my skin permanently, and I work at a bookstore, so a thousand piercings just don't work.  They don't exactly count as 'business casual'.  A guy I work with has his tongue pierced, which he can hide, but that's not really my thing.

At least you have plans for what you're going to do.  I'm one of those losers that's tried out lots of stuff, but never liked anything enough to stick with it.  I've considered computer programming, an english degree and a few other more 'out there' ideas for my next attempt, but I feel a need to be more certain before I pick something again.

Well, I do the performance shop and write, so... two very opposite spectrums. :D

And Drew is  :-* :-* :-* :-*

Lothaire

Yeah dude well at least you havent wasted as much money as I have changing majors every other semester...but yeah I'm finally settled on History and I'm gonna do the teach/masters thing....eventually I want to get my PHD....eventually.

Well I started out with Pre-Veterinary Medicine...

My parents were a little disappointed when I told them I was switching to Art Education xD; But that's the only switch I made, and I'm really excited about the idea of being a teacher. I'm graduating in 2 years then going to San Francisco to get my masters at the Academy of Art University (assuming it all goes according to plan) :)

W00T W00T BAY AREA REPRESNT!

haha sorry, Supraforums got to me XD

And, okay, Irulan is registered and slowly being tagged out. If blue would find a solid idea for Mona, I could do Serena, too, but as it stands, I might end up making her a psychologist XD since we need one so badly  XD x2

I think I need to put the Tangi info thread up since Eliska is active... x.x

Lachlan Williams

*laughs*

ANYWAY. Angie should just be patient for a moment as I am figuring out Mona, but am trying to get Ebere's NPCs finished first. Also, I know about the Melanie bases. *laughs* They opened requests back up so I'm actually the one who requested them. I saw that they were out a bit earlier today and went SQUEEEEEEEE! only I had to go to classes.

And clean my room. HOLY CRAP, I SO NEED TO CLEAN MY ROOM IT'S SOMEWHAT SCARY.

Also, in head drawing today we did these AWESOME drawings with black charcoal and white oil paint. I was kind of afraid at first, since I'm SO MUCH a pencil person that paint intimidates me and I REALLY liked my drawing and didn't want to ruin it, but I REALLY like it with the paint on it too.

=D

Danielle Vida

You know, I was almost going to guess that it had been you who did the request. :D

Lachlan Williams

*laughs* Yea. I've also got a few others that I want to ask for, once I can again.
